Poems by A Star in the Wind

Sand Castles

When the time is right
When the fire cools down
When the sun shines bright
Onto my fading frown

Nothing like the feeling I have got
Nothing matters
Once you’ve smoked some

And the sea washes us
All away from shore
When the busses that take me home
Don’t come around anymore,

I will stand
And meet you at that spot
Where everything remembered
We almost forgot,

And sleep
Until we can’t dream anymore
And float
Until we float back ashore.

Biographical sketch: Never the hunter, always the prey

A Star in the Wind recommends:

Wandering Stars by Portishead
Reason: To me, her words are like a piece of my soul.

Recommendations for writers:

My opinion is that it's important to always remember where you came from, and are coming from. Don't let other's convince you to be something you're not. Whatever ends up on that paper as you
write it is you, and nobody has the power to take that away from you.
